I've been exactly where you are.

Anxiety has followed me since childhood. From my early teens, the panic attacks, the fear of judgement, the voice that said "you can't do this" — they were constant companions. For years I thought this was just who I was. Something to manage, not something to overcome.

As an adult, it cost me more than I can count. Turning down opportunities. Staying quiet in meetings. Avoiding situations that most people took for granted. From the outside, I looked like I was managing. Inside, I was exhausted.
